Director of Operations

Sabrina Fidanza

Born into the hospitality business, Sabrina has been the Director of Operations at Villa Venezia since 2014 and at The Barn since the opening in 2021. She was born and raised in Goshen, NY, and she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and Administration from Mount Saint Mary College. In the midst of running everything behind the scenes for your day, Sabrina oversees every small detail on a day-to-day basis. From a small event to a large wedding, Sabrina has extraordinary experience in making sure your event comes true to your vision and your special day is perfect.

Margherita Rotundo

Margherita has been with Villa Venezia since 2014 and at The Barn since the 2021 opening. Having worked in hospitality for her entire adult life she knows how to ensure every part of your special day will be exceptional.  Margherita also manages all sales and establishes our events from their foundation to their farewell. Margherita has coordinated thousands of events and looks forward helping make your day one you will never forget! As a seasoned coordinator and a new mom to two boys both under three years old, she has learned patience is key, and looks forward to creating your dreams become a reality.

Sara Valentin

Sara joined The Barn and Villa Venezia after more than 15 years of Operations and Retail Management. As an expert in customer service and a former Villa Venezia bride herself, Sara is looking forward to supporting you as you plan your special occasion. Sara lives in Middletown, NY with her husband and two children.

Maître d’

Kayla Frisenda

Kayla is one of the Maître d’s here at Villa Venezia and The Barn. Kayla was born and raised in Orange County and has been working in the customer service and hospitality industries for the past 12 years. Kayla was just recently married herself this past October to her husband Steven. When she’s not working she enjoys crafting, watching movies, and outdoor summer activities. Kayla loves the little details and will go above and beyond to make your special day all that it can be!

Maître d’

Nicole Reveron

Nicole is a Maître d’ at Villa Venezia and The Barn. From a very early age she was fascinated with weddings and parties. A day with love, happiness, and great company; serviced with amazing food and drinks with an exquisite ambience. Nicole is excited to be part of your everlasting memories. She is a mom to a handsome young boy named Camden and loves traveling, photography and shopping. Nicole is detailed, dedicated, organized, and open-minded. She treats every event as if it was her own. Nicole is looking forward to seeing you soon!

Denise Razukiewicz

Denise is our newest Sales Coordinator at Villa Venezia and The Barn. She has more than 20 years of customer service experience across diverse industries. Whether you’re looking to book a wedding, a sweet 16 or another party occasion, Denise enjoys showing the beauty of our venues and discussing the variety of options available to make your party dreams a reality. Denise lives in Orange County with her husband and three children.
